Mary Duren and I playing with the Dallas Lyric Opera. Looks like a Far Side cartoon… In the studio in 1981 on a project of mine with Mark O’Connor, Jerry Douglas, Texas Shorty, Bill Millet, Sam Bush and others. Funk/Fusion/Jazz. Sort of like Weather Report meets Flatt and Scruggs. If you look closely you’ll notice that “Scruggs” is spelled “Sgruggs.” It’s that way on the dust jacket and flyleaf too. Alan Munde owns a soft cover one misspelled the same way. Hey you! In the hat! You looking at me??? (Gary Price banjo)
